The preliminary reading for Consumer Sentiment in September took a step down, but the uptrend remains intact. Calculated Risk has a great chart illustrating this data all the way back to January 1978. It is my belief that if this trend can continue upwards, our economy and domestic equity markets should continue to expand and grow.
I hope you all have a great weekend. As for me, I will be celebrating my 26th birthday and attempting to find a cure to mid-twenties hangovers. It appears all of the good remedies are only available to college students.
